REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing ScreenJournal, owned and operated by CyberInfra Ltd. ('we', 'us', or 'our'). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase through our services ('Services').
1. MERCHANT OF RECORD
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders made through ScreenJournal. This means Paddle handles your payment, billing, and tax compliance, and their standard terms and conditions apply to your transaction. 2. GENERAL STANDARD: NO REFUNDS
Subject to the exceptions outlined in Section 3 and Section 4 below, all purchases and subscription payments made through the Services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any fees paid, including but not limited to:
- Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
- One-time purchases or add-ons
- Fees for unused portions of a subscription period
- Fees charged after the expiration of a free trial
3. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory right to cancel online purchases within 14 days (the "cooling-off period"). However, because our Services provide immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to receiving the digital content immediately upon purchase and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you access or download the Services.
4. EXCEPTIONS AND PADDLE'S DISCRETION
Because Paddle processes the transactions, they have the ultimate authority to review and issue refunds to protect their payment infrastructure and comply with local laws. Refunds may be issued at Paddle's sole discretion in specific situations, including:
- Proven billing errors or duplicate charges.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Disputes or chargebacks assessed in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
6. FREE TRIALS
We may offer a free trial period for new users. If you do not cancel your subscription before the free trial expires, you will automatically be charged for the applicable subscription plan. No refunds will be provided for charges incurred after the free trial period ends.
