This privacy policy explains how ScreenJournal ("we," "us," and "our") handles information when you message our Facebook Messenger bot.
What information we receive
When you message our bot, we receive information delivered by the Messenger platform, such as your message text and bot-related identifiers and metadata (for example, sender/account identifiers and message IDs). We do not request attachments through the bot.
How we use this information
We use the information we receive to operate the bot, generate responses, and run automated workflows in n8n. As part of those workflows, we may send relevant message content and identifiers to Gemini (and/or other service providers used by the workflow) to generate responses.
Retention
Message data used by the bot is processed within our n8n workflows. While data may be viewable via n8n execution history, we retain it until you request deletion.
How to request deletion
You may request deletion of your data by emailing support@ScreenJournal.ai. In your request, please mention that you are requesting deletion related to the ScreenJournal Messenger Bot and include the Messenger identifier(s) you want us to search for. We will handle deletion manually in the systems we control (including our n8n workflow).Security
